JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible to proactively grow and retain targeted Private Bank customers’ investment share by using an ongoing sales dialogue and proactive, disciplined, advice-based sales and planning approach to build lasting customer relationships. Responsible to apply well developed consultative sales and financial planning principles, practices and techniques in meeting the customers’ investment and needs. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Increase the profitability of your assigned portfolio by advising clients and offering them financial planning solutions adapted to their profile and needs, as well as cross-selling services. As a Senior level, handles more complex portfolios and clientele.
2. Help identify the business potential of assigned and unassigned clients and provide expertise.
3. Rigorously follow processes and procedures in order to properly analyze clients’ needs and establish an integrated and profitable financial strategy with them.
4. Oversee the implementation of action plans by integrating the work of the different specialists at the Bank and its subsidiaries.
5. Monitor portfolios closely and contact clients frequently to keep track of their changing needs and adapt proposed financial planning solutions to ensure quality customer service.
6. Help grow the Bank and increase profitability by selling integrated financial solutions to specifically identified clients in line with their profile and needs.
7. Develop strategic action plans with clients that are tailored to their situation and oversee their application.
8. Be responsible for developing and maintaining lasting and profitable relationships with the clients in your portfolio.
9. Involve the appropriate specialists/parties in the relationship, when required, to properly meet client needs.
10. Ensure effective and profitable management of client portfolios under your responsibility.
11. Be responsible for serving Private Banking 1859 clients under Wealth Management.
12. Interpret financial data in sophisticated analysis systems and submit financing and credit renewal applications.
13. Negotiate terms and conditions for authorized credit applications, making sure that they meet risk management standards and established profitability criteria.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Information Program (CIP), Right to Financial Privacy Act (RFPA, state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
• Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis.
• Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to management.
• Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.

• Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of eight (8)+ years’ experience working in a similar field
• Experience in the Banking industry preferred
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) license preferred
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Business development experience
• Financial planner or financial advisor experience
• Good knowledge of Bank products and services for businesses
• Current Driver’s License and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities
