Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Client
• Accurately and efficiently develops summary of insurance documentation and delivers to Client Advisor.
• Researches missing data, downloaded carrier contract codes, utilizing the applied system, and internet carrier sites to obtain necessary information for descriptive use in summary of insurance.
Financial
• Documents all activities in the Applied system in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.
• Escalates emerging issue to the Lead Placement Specialist or Placement Manager as appropriate.
Colleague Capabilities
• Develops positive relationships with Client Advisors in the field offices by providing timely, accurate, value-added service
• Follows up on all personal open activities within the applied system to ensure they are completed.
• Continually updates personal knowledge on state specific changes for coverages.
Process
• Maintains up-to-date workflow documentation and ensures workflows are adhered to when processing individual paperwork.
• Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met and complies with all internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills.
• Typing skills
• Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word.
• Good technical, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Good working for production based.
• High School degree.
