Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
• Oversees the day to day management of Key’s Private Bank outsourcing partners ensuring performance objectives are met
• Oversees the day to day management of Key's Court Accounting outsourcing vendor, ensuring performance objectives are met
• Accountable for outsourced service performance management (day to day performance/activities of the business relationship) and achievement of business case value
• Subject matter expert and central point of contact for Private Bank outsourcing partner relationships
• Coordinate all internal support partners for the Private Bank outsourcing partner relationships
• Monitor and manage all day to day Private Bank outsourcing partner business performance reporting and tools
• Leverages industry insights and best practices to enable Key to be an industry leader in Private Bank outsourcing
• Manages internal team of court accounting associates
• Participates in the post mortem administration of trusts, working through assigned accounts until terminated including client facing communication such as expectations, documentation, instructions
• Coordinate all project management activities
• Escalate any issues/risks to Director of Specialty Trusts
• Domestic travel as needed
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• A minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services industry in positions of increasing accountability in Finance, Accounting or Operations
• Experience in establishing and managing vendor relationships
• Experience in trust administration and court reporting
• Ability to lead, coach and develop team of professionals
• Strong written and oral communication ability
• Demonstrated strong client focus; is efficient and delivers in a timely manner
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and resolve issues; escalates as necessary
• Possesses organizational and basic project management skills
• Demonstrates Key Values: ethics, integrity, leadership, teamwork
