Position Summary:
Kemper is in need of a Consumer Affairs Specialist. You will be responsible for investigating and responding to all verbal and written complaints and inquiries received from the state departments of insurance, better business bureaus, and consumers for Kemper Home Service Companies. General responsibilities include: logging all complaints from consumers, determining a corrective action plan, conducting investigations of complaints and determining the appropriate resolution; when necessary, obtaining responsive information from the appropriate business unit, reviewing the responsive information to determine if it resolves the issues in the complaint; and providing a written response.
Position Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years Life Insurance experience is preferred.
