Responsible for managing Business Intelligence for global equity trading and specific firm wide regulatory needs. Works collaboratively to gather data and generate straightforward reports and analyzes trends for global equity trading and other areas of business. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data for all reports. Creates polished, executive level presentations that include actionable recommendations and next steps.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage Business Intelligence for global equity trading and specific firm wide regulatory needs.
• Creation, maintenance, and ongoing production of regulatory reporting that support requirements established by the Bank of Ireland.
• Meet reporting needs for multiple areas across the firm, to include internal and external reporting for Fund Trustees, Clients and a variety of internal committees covering areas specific to equity trading.
• Develop presentations designed to effectively report critical regulatory findings and trends to a senior level audience.
• Develop and manage trusted strategic partnerships that allow data to be gathered across the firm.
• Monitors scheduled reports and acts as primary contact when issues arise.
• Assess and articulate data trends, and creates routine/straightforward data models of "what if" scenarios for future planning decisions.
• Develop expertise in several reporting and data visualization tools for the purpose of creating polished, executive level presentations and ongoing reports.

Technical Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to work across departments to coordinate and collaborate on materials.
• Advance computer skills with the ability to navigate a variety of applications, such as our Trade Cost Analysis and Commission Management tools.
• A genuine interest in equity markets, market structure and equity trading dynamics.
• An aptitude to develop a broad understanding of functions across the department included in our regulatory reporting.
• Ability to communicate professionally and thoroughly with internal and external business partners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of financial and regulatory concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information.
• Self-directed, with the ability to work independently to make decisions and meet critical deadlines.
Ongoing competence in the role to be assessed by:
• Annual Performance Appraisal
• Completion of all assigned Compliance training
Working Environment/Physical Activities
• Overtime may be required on short notice and may include evening, weekend, holiday hours
• Typical office environment with telephone, desktop computer, copier
• Substantive travel expected
