Analyst, User Experience - UX Designer
Overview:
We are currently seeking a UX designer to join our Experience Design team. Working with fellow designers, you’ll design, improve, and develop products and experiences for desktop and mobile devices. As a UX Designer you should have a keen eye for great design with an enthusiasm for taking on challenges and solving customer problems.
Role:
• Assisting in research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis
• Demonstrates and promotes team culture
• Work with Design Lead to understand Business Objectives, key performance indicators, and experience goals
• Partner with Development and Product teams to ensure alignment and consistency
• Design engaging UX interactions for the web and mobile
• Creation of user flows and wireframes
All About You
• Ability to articulate rationale for design decisions
• Experience with common UX design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• A passion for creating compelling, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Working knowledge of web and mobile technologies
