Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a direct client contact role within the financial services industry with Credit Card experience highly preferred. Call Center team managing high call and email volume. Strong ability to work in a fast paced workplace. Ability to understand client issues, set client expectations and facilitate resolution while mitigating bank risk.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment utilizing multiple systems and platforms. Knowledge of commercial credit card platforms a plus including First Data and MasterCard. Proficient on Microsoft Office products. Must be internet savvy; knowledge of various browsers is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in financial services industry (preferably Credit Cards).
• Outstanding communication skills both written and oral.
• Analytical proficiency with the ability to understand complex business concepts.
• Understand the components of “world-class” servicing and a commitment to deliver such service.
• Understanding and knowledge in Payment Services, MasterCard capabilities and services as well as knowledge of credit card platforms a plus.
