We are currently seeking a bright, highly motivated Lease Processor to join our Operations team in our Moberly, MO office.
The Lease Processor works together with Dealer Support Representatives and the Accounting Department to deliver high quality service to our vendors and end users while ensuring that transactions are finalized accurately and funded on a timely basis. The principal focus is to keep our vendors satisfied by effectively managing the process flow of all transactions from the time of documentation is passed for system entry through the funding process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage transactional review and funding:
1. Conduct a timely review of executed lease documentation, auditing for accuracy.
2. Verify terms of lease documentation with customers.
3. Assist when necessary, the coordination of delivery & acceptance of the equipment and reconcile any issues prior to funding, obtaining any necessary change addendums to ensure correct documentation.
4. Provide proactive oral and written communication and updates regarding the status of transactions to ensure timely booking and funding.
5. Working with Accounting Dept. to fund transactions within specified time periods.
6. Track and monitor progress payment and partial fundings to ensure compliance with the set policy.
7. Participate in audit reviews on a monthly basis. (when required)
8. Signing of Lease documents by the designated signing authority.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
10. Assist manager in the training and development of new employees
11. Assume job responsibilities for co-workers when they are out of the office.
Job Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelors Degree desirable and/or 2-3 years comparable business experience required.
• Equipment leasing experience preferred.
Technical/Functional Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong PC proficiency using MS Office.
• Proficiency with InfoLease.
• Knowledge of lease documentation requirements.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to solve practical problems.
• Ability to work in face paced environment
• Ability to communicate/build relationships with people
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform multiple tasks.
