Opportunity Overview
Assist branch associates and other departments on technical, operational, regulatory and sales service questions for Retirement Products. It is important to consistently provide world class service
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Finance background a plus (does not include bank teller background, collections or mortgage background)
• Job Stability is required
• Attendance - candidates must be present for training. Please do not submit candidates that have scheduling conflicts during this time period (please see training schedule below). Attendance/punctuality is imperative throughout training AND the entire duration of the assignment.
• Must be comfortable responding to client/branch questions 100% per day (phone based role)
• Must have flexibility to work a shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm - Please provide any specific scheduling challenges with the submittal (example: can only work between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm due to XYZ reason. As a reminder, they MUST be able to accommodate the training hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm as there will not be any flexibility)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn:
◦ IRS rules and regulations on retirement plans
◦ Edward Jones Retirement Products, Processes and Policies
• Ability to apply above knowledge on service contacts when helping branch teams find suitable solutions for their clients
• Must successfully complete a structured academic training program, which includes classroom lecture, interactive discussions, a series of assessments and on the job application
