SENIOR ANALYST
IN MOBILITY ANALYTICAL SOLUTIONS TEAM
The Mobility Analytical Solutions Team is responsible for analysing global mobility data and preparing customized statistical reports upon client request. Team provides support to Mercer consultants and clients across Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America and Latin America. Due to the rapid expansion we are looking for a new team member who would be responsible for projects for clients in North America.
Responsibilities
• Providing data analyses and customized reports based on global mobility data to Mercer consultants/clients
• Responding to consultants’ and clients’ queries concerning Mercer’s global mobility data and methodologies, as well as some technical queries on tools and technology
• Ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction
• Developing and maintaining day-to-day relationships with Mercer consultants
• Taking part in advanced analyses/projects under senior colleagues’ supervision
Qualifications
Requirements
• Min 4 years of working experience, preferably in the area of data analysis or consulting
• Interest in global mobility and/or compensation and benefits matters
• Very strong analytical and problem solving skills/experience, ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of data and good understanding of statistics
• Ability to work well under time pressure in a fast-paced and flexible environment
• Very strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong general computer literacy
Other Desirable Skills/Experience
• Degree in a relevant field, e.g. mathematics, economics, statistics, HR
• Consulting and/or client relationship experience in a multinational environment
• Good command of any other European languages
• Mobility related methodology knowledge
