Job Title: Claims Process Analyst
The Claim Process Analyst will work closely with management and team members to contribute to the overall execution and delivery of quality/value against service-level-agreements (SLA’s). This candidate is a highly skilled member of the department with working knowledge of vendor/client requirements, system capabilities, and auditing principles/practices. This position will support the management team in leading and coaching members of the team in their day to day functions and team initiatives while managing change through effective change management.
Duties/Responsibilities/Skills/Attributes
• Conduct analyses for SIDES compliance, hearing utilization, and others SOP’s as required/identified
• Monitor compliance requirements of National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) to ensure appropriate performance and TPA adherence.
• Evaluate team/individual SIDES performance and recommend solutions and/or corrective actions to ensure compliance.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of process improvement initiatives as related to system and employee development through the monitoring/streamlining of current operating procedures.
• Provide support to the leadership team in delivering on team initiatives with ADP requirements
• Coordinate with SME’s to ensure adherence to departmental objectives
• Advise management and the team of quality and compliance program adherence and opportunities
• Support managers and team in current and future ADP initiatives
• Provide presentation and metric analysis/reporting support to management/teams
• Support the management team in compliance and quality efforts
• Evaluate ADP quality audits on a weekly basis, disseminates information to the team and managers, following up with recommendations and/or corrective actions
• Support the implementation of company directives and processes to meet internal/external client needs such as retention and satisfaction related to the success of the unemployment claims process.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on training needs for individual team members
• Monitors processes and collects data, logging results of actions
• Identifying inadequacies and requesting correction action
• Recommend modifications to existing standards, methods or procedures to increase overall compliance and quality
• Compile strategic information and develop reports to monitor quality effectiveness
• Assessing results of remedial actions and performance of various roles
• Analyze business processes, compliance, and root cause
• Generating recommendations to remedy service issues
• Analyze, interpret and develop action plan on operational metrics
• Reporting out the analysis in written and verbal presentations
• Recommend modifications to existing standards, methods or procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
• Process analyses background a plus.
• Thorough knowledge/understanding of unemployment processes
• Experience with business operations, systems design, implementation and understanding of system development processes, including specification, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
