Responsibilities
• Support marketing activities. Format, print, track and coordinate campaigns in conjunction with industry and service team business plans.
• Assist in coordination of marketing events and activities
• Coordinate updates to firm mailing lists, resumes and LinkedIn profiles
• Assist marketing team with execution of annual marketing plans.
• Assist in the development and/or distribution of team newsletters, hot topics, or other client communications within brand.
• Assist with online and database research of specific companies and/or target lists.
• Other administrative or marketing duties, as necessary.
Qualifications
• Post high-school education and pursuing a Bachelor's degree; marketing or communications related major preferred.
• Relevant marketing support experience.
• Experience working in a professional services environment a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
• Experience in InDesign Creative Suite required. Photoshop and Salesforce CRM experience a plus.
• Requires professionalism, organization, creativity, and ability to manage multiple project request simultaneously in a timely manner. Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-focused environment. High-level verbal and written communication skills required.
