Description
As the Business Systems Analyst you will:
• Perform flexible duties between EDI Operations and FX Retail as required.
• Act as a central point of contact for others to refer to, set priorities, schedule work, monitor progress and reschedules as
• necessary.
• Facilitate team huddle and root cause problem solving.
• Perform process confirmation to ensure work is being processed according to controls and standard operatingprocedures.
• Perform operations balancing, process and monitor customer files and ensure payments are processed timely and according to customer expectations.
• Work closely with the business partners and stakeholders to improve the customer experience
• Organize checks and enter check information into database system for processing and OFAC screening.
• Process checks according to standard operating procedures, business rules and regulatory requirements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure proper check processing, provide credit to customer accounts and general ledgers according to business rules and procedures
• Research general ledger differences and clear aged item, report and identify problems with check processing
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/too ls

Qualifications
• 2 - 5 years with strong analytical skills
• 2 - 5 years experience in working with data and various file formats
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to resolve problems and issues quickly
• Ability to use information persuasively in order to gain support for own ideas with others
• Communicate clearly and concisely, tailoring content and style and promoting free-flowing communication.
• Strong negotiation and organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with efficiency and accuracy
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload
• Superb customer service and communication skills
• 2 - 5 years knowledge of check processing including check collection, foreign currency conversion, accounting principles and
reconcilement
• 2 - 5 years data entry Skills and attention to detail
• 2 - 5 years experience with Microsoft applications Excel, Word, Power Point, Access Database and Visio
• Take ownership of problems
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related technical field required.
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00PM
