Responsibilities
Our Client Services Coordinators act liaisons between the company, clients and Field Representatives. Client Service Coordinators provide information and resolve issues in order to provide a postive client experience!
• Providing timely and accurate information to customer inquiries to include statuses, corrections, and general day-to-day questions.
• Communicate with Clients and Field Representatives through the utilization of phone and email
• Update and maintain job statuses for audits and surveys including key accounts
• Monitors specific accounts for individual branch
• Work with Branch Manager to track professionalism coursework and resolve complaints regarding Field Representatives
• Assist with complaints, errors, account questions and other queries
• Improve and expand upon relationships between Afirm and all clients
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Advanced skills with time management, verbal & written communications and web-based applications
• Detail-oriented
