The product of great thinking.
As a key link in the product development process no two days here will be the same, but there are some things you can count on doing:
• Work with customers, key stakeholders, and partners to define a product vision and roadmap
• Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product lifecycle
• Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance
• Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver defined capabilities
• Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria
• Works with customers, key stakeholders, and partners to define a product vision and roadmap that is aligned with the high-level product roadmap
• Communicates and build consensus across disciplines in creating the product roadmap
• Assist Director or VP to define and articulate a long-term product strategy and roadmap with clearly defined business metrics and targets
• Identify risks, challenges, opportunities and business integration needs
• Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope
• Works closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
• Works closely with analytics and leverages internal data tools to understand measure success and impact to KPIs
Qualifications
Are you ready to be at the center of it all?
• 3+ years’ experience in Product Management with proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and roadmap
• Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies
• Proven track record supporting or managing large, complex features or products with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, WordPress
• Working knowledge of Human Centered Design and Heuristic Interviewing
