Make an impact at Cherry Bekaert, a top 25 Accounting firm, as the Office Services Leadof our Nashville office. This role is for a fast-paced Operations professional that can effectively support a variety of areas within our business, including Office Services and Facilities, Onboarding, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, and Compliance.
Your role:
• Lead day-to-day office operations, functioning as the primary contact for property management companies and equipment maintenance service providers
• Partner with leadership to drive the office culture, planning office events, staff meetings, and Partner meetings
• Supervise administrative staff
• Assist with travel arrangements including hotel and rental car reservations
• Work with Director of Operations as well as the Regional Administrative Manager to ensure appropriate administrative coverage
• Ensure a welcoming and efficient orientation process for all new hires, setting up work space, computer, phone, supplies, etc.
• Serve as office contact for basic benefits questions and assists with open enrollment
• Assist with management of A/P invoices, A/R checks, budgeting, and petty cash
• Work with Campus Teams on college recruitment efforts and internship interview scheduling
• Assist Experienced Hire Recruiters with travel arrangements and scheduling of interviews
• Assist IT with special requests
• Helps to answer general administrative HR questions
• Offboard departing associates in HRIS system and communicate changes and terminations to appropriate groups in Human Resources
• Assist in retrieving firm assets from departing associates such as laptops, access cards, etc.
Your qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• At least three years of administrative/HR experience in a professional services or corporate environment
• Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and/or related applications
• Approximately 5% travel required
• Overtime required as needed
