The incumbent is responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of real estate and mortgage related assets held in a wide variety of fiduciary accounts. This includes ongoing asset management, investment recommendations, and negotiation of asset purchases and sales acting in compliance with internal policy and procedures, Trust Instrument provisions, and outside legal and regulatory constraints. Managers the most complex asset held in sensitive client accounts, assets are generally high valued in nature.
Qualifications
The incumbent should have a minimum of 7-10 years of real estate experience including at least 5 years of both sales and property management experience. Additionally, should have 5 years experience in a Trust environment. A current Sales License is required along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Advanced course work or professional designation desired.
