The Digital Product Manager II will have management responsibility for priority digital marketing projects, operations and services. The position serves as a strategic partner for the B2B digital marketing strategy and is responsible for measuring and driving quality traffic and leads to the website. Should be well-versed in all aspects of B2B digital marketing and ADA compliance standards for financial websites. Experience with a web content management system, search engine marketing, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and is required. Sitecore CMS and Agile project management experience is preferred. Decisions made by this role may have significant impact on the organization’s earnings, operations or image and may involve delegation of authority to lower level positions.
• Have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, website management, user experience, digital analytics, email marketing, social media marketing and display marketing
• Provide high-level analysis and recommendations on B2B digital marketing strategies and best practices that can improve customer engagement and conversions
• Manage, build and update website pages and content through a CMS
• Understand WCAG 2.0, Level AA requirements and implementation standards
• Provide SEO keyword research and optimization techniques for website content
• Utilize Google Analytics to evaluate and track digital marketing performance
• Utilize Google Tag Manager to implement digital marketing tags and data layer tracking
• Forecast, measure and report on KPIs for digital marketing strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with enterprise marketing teams and product teams to support all digital marketing campaigns and efforts
• Facilitate, gather and help prioritize digital projects and requirements
• Perform user experience (UX) research and prioritize recommendations based on user feedback and testing
• Manage project budgets
Work Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
Preferred applicants will have:
• Masters or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• 5+ years professional experience with 3+ years of financial services digital marketing experience preferred
• Proven digital marketing experience with leadership and team building skills
• Proficient in keeping up with industry trends and the competitive landscape
• Proficient in Sitecore or other web CMS with proven CMS leadership
• Proficient in Chatmeter or other location listing management platform
• Proven experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Proficient working within an agile marketing work environment
• Proven ability to lead in a collaborative and matrix reporting culture
• Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to explain digital design strategies and best practices to various audiences
• Must work well in a dynamic corporate environment and be able to change quickly priorities
• Must be self-motivated, well-organized and able to solve problems while managing multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines
