Position Overview
This is a senior Executive Administrative Assistant position. The position will be directly responsible for 100% of the support to a member of the firm's Executive Committee, one of the highest ranking people in the firm.
Scope of Responsibility
Complete and total administrative duties - advanced meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, calendar management.
Managing efficient day to day operations of the office. Anticipating future needs to make all meetings run efficiently. (ie distribution of meeting materials, establishing dial in numbers, etc)
Specific Knowledge
Important to have an executive presence as position will deal with external clients, Board members, and key internal stakeholders seeking time and interaction with EC member.
Ability to anticipate and manage needs.
Advanced computer and technical skills preferred as position involves working with Powerpoint and complex meeting arrangements.
Desired Experience
10+ years of executive assistant experience
Desired Qualifications
Prior experience working at the Executive level strongly preferred.
