Position Overview:
As a relationship manager, you will fill a key role on the InvestorForce Relationship Management Team. You will serve as the primary liaison for InvestorForce’s institutional consulting clients and be crucial to the successful management of client relationships.
Scope of Responsibility:
• Maintains an in-depth understanding of InvestorForce’s reporting and data gathering products, their features, benefits, and application within the client environment.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of how each of your specific clients uses the technology so that you can best address their questions.
• Implement new clients. You’ll be the point person for the client throughout the implementation cycle. Responsibilities include, implementation project management, tracking to implementation timeline, historical data conversation, custodial data authorization, training on all aspects of the InvestorForce platform.
• Responsible for all day-to-day client support following the implementation.
• Responsible for all quarterly relationship management meetings.
• Facilitate routine and recurring communication with client management and the client’s performance measurement team.
• Successfully navigate both client-facing and internal demands to facilitate the resolution of obstacles that could jeopardize client relationships.
• Manage client expectations effectively.
• Exhibit strong project management skills to help drive new client implementations.
• Works collaboratively with the technology team in the ongoing development and maintenance of the InvestorForce’s platform.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Specific Knowledge and skills:
• An understanding of basic investment concepts as well as knowledge of the institutional investment industry and its constituents preferred.
• Strong math skills, specifically: ability to learn and use probability and statistics within an investment attribution and performance measurement context.
• Customer Orientation experience, specifically: establishing, promoting, and nurturing good customer relations (both internal and external); getting firsthand customer information and using it to meet customer needs; finding the right balance between customer needs and company needs; cross-selling new products.
• Planning and Organization skills, specifically: marshaling resources; documenting and simplifying complex tasks; and managing multiple detailed client requests at one time.
• Communication skills, specifically: organized, concise, and clear speaking and writing styles; and awareness of how to leverage the communication method and tone appropriate to the context and to achieve corporate goals / objectives.
• Problem solving skills, specifically: the ability to select, organize and analyze pertinent information in formulating options and recommending solutions.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
