Provide higher level of customer service support and responsible for specialized set of complex processes as it relates to insurance licensing and registration for specialized groups within AXA. Works independently to resolve complex and sensitive cases with compliance as necessary. Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs fior specialized groups. Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, State Insurance License/Appointment applications and Appointment renewals for specialized groups. Update and maintain records using external and internal systems and applications. Serve as subject matter expert and quality control as it relates to insurance licensing and registration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Subject matter expert of SEC, FINRA and State Departments of Insurance rules and regulations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize work within expected timelines. Ability to recognize senstive matters and address as appropriate. Robust attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Bachelor's; 5+ years experience
