Job TitleProduct Manager, Associate - Peer to Peer Payments
What does a great Product Manager, Associate do?
Assists with the delivery of the product roadmap and delivery for Peer 2 Peer (P2P) payment products. You will gain experience working with products such as Zelle and will have the opportunity to coordinate and define requirements based on the unique needs of target markets and drive product development activities, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional alignment, across the enterprise. You will also support Peer to Peer Payments product management and development teams to ensure that we meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
As a Product Manager, Associate, you can look forward to:
• Coordinating activities across multi-disciplinary teams, to bring new products and features to market, in a high complexity and ambiguity environment
• Researching customer and define customer needs and translate those needs into user stories and functional requirements in an agile development environment
• Providing analysis and recommendations on product trade-off decisions between time, effort, investment, and value delivery
• Collaborating with delivery teams including development, user experience, business analysts, and product owners to ensure that products meet the desired market need.
• Coordinating activities with multiple marketing and sales organizations across the enterprise to clearly communicate product benefits and competitive differentiation.
• Actively engaging with client facing partners across the organization to gather feedback and provide ongoing product status communication.
• Assisting with go-to-market activities to ensure that new products and features are successfully launched and supported across the organization.
• Cultivating influence across a matrix organization with disparate geographic team members.
• Coordinating activities to gather constructive client feedback on Fiserv payment products.
• Tracking the communication of our key peer-to-peer network partner to ensure Fiserv stays ahead of evolving requirements.
• Researching and monitoring competitive offerings in the market and drives differentiated value proposition for Fiserv products.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelors degree. Relevant equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
• Minimum 4 years product management experience in financial services or software industry.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience working with marketing and communication teams.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Product management experience in a financial services environment
• Electronic payments experience
• Experience working with User Experience & design teams
• Experience working with mobile based products including native and browser-based technologies
• Experience collaborating with cross-geography and/or international teams where high- levels of collaboration are required
• Project Management experience leading highly technical software projects across large cross-functional teams
• Experience in supporting social network driven products and services.
