Job TitleProduct Manager - Peer to Peer Payments
What does a great Product Manager do?
Leads the product roadmap and delivery for Peer to Peer payment (P2P) products, such as Zelle, targeted at the Small to Midsize Financial Institution and reseller market segments. You will define requirements based on the unique needs of the target market and drive product development activities, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional alignment, across the enterprise. You will have the opportunity to drive sustainable turn-key product work designed to maximize custom utility while driving efficient implementation cycles.
As a Product Manager, you can look forward to:
• Leading cross functional and multi-disciplinary teams, to bring new products and features to market, in a high complexity and ambiguity environment
• Researching and defining customer needs and translating those needs into user stories and functional requirements in an agile development environment
• Defining minimum viable product and balances trade-offs between time, effort, investment, and value dimensions
• Collaborating with delivery teams including development, user experience, business analysts, and product owners to ensure that products meet the desired market need.
• Collaborating with multiple marketing and sales organizations across the enterprise to clearly communicate product benefits and competitive differentiation.
• Leading go-to-market activities to ensure that new products and features are successfully launched and supported across the organization.
• Working with product leadership and finance to build the product business case as well as customer pricing.
• Leading through influence across a matrix organization with disparate geographic team members
• Building rapport and relationships with clients, and collects feedback in order to improve Fiserv’s products and market position
• Monitoring competitive offerings in the market and driving differentiated value proposition for Fiserv products

Is a product management professional with strong Agile experience. You love working in an energizing environment and you are passionate about the opportunity to transform the payments industry. You have product management experience in the financial services or software industry and are looking to join an organization with a strong focus on product management.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelors degree. Relevant equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
• Minimum 6 years of product management experience financial services or software industry.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience writing user stores and/or functional requirements for technical teams.
• Project Management experience leading highly technical software projects across large cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading the development of mobile based products and services from concept to support and maintenance phases.
• Deep understanding of mobile products and technologies from native development and browser based user experiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-geography and/or international teams where high-levels of collaboration are required.
• Experience working with marketing and communication teams.
• Experience with making a business case for a particular project or product.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• Experience working with and leading social network based products and services
• Experience building new and innovative products and services for new market opportunities
• Product management experience in a financial services environment
• Electronic payments experience
• Experience working with User Experience & design teams
