Summary
We are seeking a highly organized professional to provide advanced level support to the Regional Vice President (RVP) and the Regional Director (RD) in our Northland Region. You will be a key member of the team, providing day to day administrative support to ensure the Region’s goals and objectives. This fast paced position, in our Grand Forks location, will also support other miscellaneous project work in support of key business needs.
Responsibilities:
Executive support to the RVP and RD:
• Overall calendar management for the RVP and RD –organize and coordinate calendars, and scheduling of Region meetings
• Prepare presentation materials and spreadsheets to produce high quality reports, and other documents
• Prepare meeting agendas, maintain notes, and arrange for implementation of follow up and action items
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
• Respond to information requests, and compose correspondence on a regular basis (often of a confidential nature)
• Maintain and promotes strong business relationships with key stakeholders in support of the Region’s objectives
• Collaborate, coordinate and work together with other Regional Support Team Staff
• Establish, maintain, and lead best-in-class office management processes while facilitating a productive and efficient work environment.
• Support other various projects, programs, and processing functions as needed
Job Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of administrative experience desired
• College or two-year degree from business or vocational school preferred
• Possess strong organizational skills - in managing, prioritizing, and organizing multiple projects at one time
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM – Salesforce or similar, Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
