Moss Adams is a fast moving, forward thinking organization and we are looking for an Experienced Recruiting Leader to join our top-notch team and partner with the Firm’s Recruiting Leader to lead the firm’s experienced recruiting team and efforts.
The Experienced Recruiting Leader will be a part of the firm’s National Office (headquarters) and be responsible for the oversight and implementation of full-cycle recruitment of experienced professionals including the planning, organization, development, and implementation of experienced recruiting-related processes. You will lead the strategy for the recruitment of experienced professionals in alignment with the firm’s overall talent acquisition strategy. As the manager of a team of recruiters, you will lead by example and develop others into the best they can be.
Responsibilities
• Lead, develop and manage the experienced recruiting team, including the team’s workload and capacity supporting the firm’s overall recruiting initiatives
• Develop and execute the firm’s experienced recruiting strategies, including diversity recruiting and branding/marketing initiatives. Oversee all stages of the candidate experience
• Drive a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing projects, processes and policies to increase firm-wide recruiting efficiencies and effectiveness
• Provide support to key initiatives and projects in the people team (i.e., HR) arena, including alumni relations, recruiting systems/tools, and others as identified
• Subject matter expert, drive and influence leadership, own relationships with key stakeholders. Establish relationships with external networks to stay abreast of market intelligence and industry trends
• Collaborate with the Firm’s Recruiting Leader defining and executing strategies related to current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage key recruiting metrics to inform data driven recruiting decisions
• Oversee compliance of internal and external regulations concerning the recruiting process
• Formulate, plan and manage the firm’s experienced recruiting spend and resources
• Build relationships with leadership across the firm in order to meet the business needs, while driving an optimized recruiting strategy
• Administer the Partner recruitment process and prepare materials for executive leadership consideration
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 10 years of recruiting or related experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with team building and leadership responsiblites; experience in public accounting or professional services industries preferred
• Strong working knowledge of recruiting systems/tools (i.e., ATS, CRM), as well as strong data, reporting and analysis skills required.
• Experience in executive recruiting and full desk recruiting for experienced accounting, finance, IT professionals preferred.

• Able to travel periodically up to 5%
