Department Overview
The Business Analyst I provides analytical and project management support to various corporate and business line strategic initiatives according to established Company procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.
Job Description
• Analyzes company data providing trending, forecasting, and meaningful insights to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company.
• Develops production and ad-hoc reports including scorecards and dashboards.
• Prepares detailed project documents utilizing project implementation processes.
• Gathers requirements by meeting with business owners to identify needs.
• Utilizes knowledge of current business processes to understand and implement project related requirements/systems enhancements.
• Monitors and tracks overall success metrics.
• Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners including North American business partners.
• Resolves issues and problems by troubleshooting and conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, outside contacts as necessary.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
• 1-3 Years of related experience
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision making skills
