We have an exciting opportunity on the US Insurance Solutions Program Office team for a Program Manager who will thrive in a constantly advancing Agile culture. We’re finding innovative ways to better understand our customers’ needs. That’s helping us learn new approaches for creating better solutions and finding alternative ways to use technology—making it easier for people to get on the path to financial security. The person in this role will be a key contributor who partners with team members and leaders, influences change through collaboration and leadership, brings transparency to value and progress, fosters partnerships and communication, and ensures successful results for strategic objectives.

Your day will be filled….
• Partnering with business and technical leaders as well as scrum teams to deliver business value in an Agile organization
• Providing effective leadership and influence that leads change and brings transparency to progress, value, and outcomes aligned with strategy
• Navigating through ambiguous situations to deliver the right results for the customer
• Collaborating across Programs, Trains, Product Pillars, and teams to ensure holistic views, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks
• Sharing experiences and ideas with others, and fostering an environment of innovation and growth
• Building relationships and empowering others so we are all working together towards the right outcomes
• Embracing new challenges and opportunities

Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience (6 years of experience equates to an Associate’s degree when defining “equivalent work experience”)
• 6+ years of project and/or leadership experience required (Scrum Master, Project Manager, Release Train Engineer, etc.)
• Experience applying Agile principles, ideally working in a SAFe environment
