What You'll Do
You’ll play a key role in the success of our regional business by providing administrative and technical support to Territory Managers and the Regional Executive. You’ll also serve as an administrator over the designated facility and provide administrative support for the Regional niche.
Additionally you'll:
• Provide technical support including development and execution of queries, voice mail back-up and maintenance when Territory Managers are unavailable.
• Complete AMS and UAM system updates for agency appointments and subsequent agency changes. Works with licensing department to ensure proper licensing and listing of all agency
• Drive Sales Management process (internal). Handle basic agency questions and maintains knowledge of territories. Manages agency data and produces monitoring reports for production, submission and profitability at the direction of Territory Managers or Regional Executive.
• Maintain the Marketing promotional material Library as well as the inventory of promotional materials.
• Ensure that urgent matters are handled with the Territory Managers are out of the office.
• Act as a liaison between field sales personnel and other functions.
• Assist in the organization and preparation of sales meetings.
What it Takes
• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 - 7 years of related work experience
• Administrative secretary / assistant experience
• Knowledge of sales, underwriting, and policy issuance processes beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, communicate effectively and remain organized a must.
• Ability to research and find problem resolution in a variety of resources.
