Description
Position Goals:
Ensure quality information is provided to credit and provide support to credit analysts.
Direct Management Received:
Under the general management of Manager, Credit Department
Direct Management Exercised:
None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Serve as Credit Liaison to Relationship manager, Credit Analyst, and Commercial Loan Specialist.
a. Ensure all commercial loan requests submitted meet the standard requirements for entity verification and financial support as defined in the bank’s policies/processes.
b. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
c. Ensure service request is complete/accurate prior to forwarding to a Credit Analyst.
2. Serve as Regional Loan Committee Secretary.
a. Coordinate, monitor, and manage Loan Committee agendas and meeting packets.
b. Coordinate and manage action items and/or decisions from Regional Loan Committee meetings.
c. Coordinate and manager approvals.
3. Serve as Regional ASM Committee Secretary.
a. Coordinate, monitor, and manage SAM Committee agendas and meting packets.
b. Coordinate and manage action items and/or decisions from SAM Committee meetings.
c. Coordinate maintenance for all special assets loans.

Position Requirements:
Education - High School diploma or GED
Experience - Minimum of three (3) years of prior banking experience.
