JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing analytical and client support duties within Treasury Management Sales and Specialty Markets departments. Assists SVP Managers and sales team members with sales and business development activities, including client interaction and follow up, participates in special department projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with specific duties and special projects as required.
2. Provides support to all areas of the department as directed or where service or assistance is needed, superior sales support with appropriate follow through with clients and employees.
3. Analyzes clients and prospects information and other related data to aid management in the decision making process.
4. Proactively searches for ways to improve efficiency and to aid sales team members to achieve Banc goals.
5. Will assist with maintaining a working knowledge of internal policies and procedures to effectively assist all departments’ members.
6. Follows established bank policies and procedures, meets and adheres to audit standards. Supports the company’s goals and values accordingly. Ensures department is compliant with internal regulations and standards.
7. Becomes an "in-house" subject matter expert for department products and produces requested data reporting utilizing Business Analytics.
8. Responds to client inquiries and follows through with identified issues or problem resolutions.
9. Develops strong working relationships and demonstrates professionalism with all levels of the organization.
10. Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences and manages all planning details, including issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, controlling event budgets, etc.
11. Keeps abreast of changes in policies, standards and regulations applicable to the company.
12. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and follows through on issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Information Program (CIP), Right to Financial Privacy Act (RFPA, state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
2. Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
3. Intermediate math skills; calculate interest and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs
4. Effective organizational and time management skills
5. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
6. Ability to make decisions that have significant impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments
7. Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule and the work schedules of others on a short-term and long-term basis
8. Ability to provide constructive feedback to subordinates
9. Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed
10. Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
1. Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years’ related work experience in a Treasury Management role.
2. Prior experience in the banking or financial services related field preferred.
