Structured Finance Director - Global Financial Solutions

Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing 'Financial Solutions' for US Corporate Bank clients by working with Relationship Managers on CO / CEO level financial issues.
Responsibilities:
• Call on US Corporate Bank clients with relationship managers to identify and solve clients’ financial structuring issues by bundling the banks financial products and services
• Maximize value to USCB clients by focusing on common issues such as:
1. Working Capital Solutions i.e., Securitization and Supply Chain Finance
2. Balance Sheet Capital Optimization (minority interest)
3. Regulatory Capital Structuring (insurance companies and banks),
4. Relative Credit Value Maximization (CDS, structured notes, credit SPE tranching)
• Monitor existing transactions, help prepare and supervise preparation of all internal approval memos. Prepare detailed, comprehensive “Transaction Summaries”
Qualifications
Experience, Abilities and Requirements:
• A minimum 15+ year’s experience in the client financial solutions business
• 10 years of client facing work experience
• Prior work experience working with Corporate Clients on creating complex financial solutions
• An in-depth understanding of financial solutions with foundational training as a JD and or CPA
Education:
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or JD) is a decisive asset
• Series 79 and 63 – required within 6 months of starting
• CPA, CFA, or legal license(s) - preferred
