Description
Zurich is currently looking for a Customer Insights/Analytics Lead to work out of our North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL. You will leverage your analytical and problem solving skills to analyze, report and generate insights and actions from a comprehensive Customer and Distributor Net Promoter Score (NPS) program to effectively help the Business retain and attract profitable customers.
The Customer Insights/Analytics Lead will interpret the analytics with key business objectives in mind, collaborate with BUs to convert insights into tangible actions and convert insights to actions to tell a compelling story. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
• Using your strong business, customer, problem solving and analytical skills to work on customer related business issues to develop compelling marketing/customer insights
• Translating customer and business needs into an analytic agenda, develop and test key hypotheses for critical business problems such as Driver analysis, loyalty economics
• Applying advanced data management techniques to business and customer insights & analytics projects. Assignments include analysis of customer and distributor survey data, linkage with business data attributes (e.g. policies, claims, submissions), and market research projects
• Mining and extracting data from disparate sources, e.g. Business Objects Environment, Claims Data Warehouse, Policy data marts, and other various sources

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Statistical Analysis area
OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Statistical Analysis area
AND
• 3 or more years of experience in a marketing analysis or consulting
• Experience with SAS or SPSS
Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, Engineering or Computer Science
• Advanced knowledge of statistical principles, methodologies and techniques
• Experience with other statistical software languages/applications
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
