Job Description
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator provides project management support for daily activities supporting all marketing initiatives that involve digital properties, primarily email marketing and website content management. This individual supports the two Digital Marketing Managers by performing business-as-usual tasks, as well as making sure project timelines are met for larger digital marketing projects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages daily content and design updates for Synovus web properties using Sitecore. Works with stakeholders across the organization and within compliance to make sure content is accurate and compliant.
• Updates MapQuest database with information on new, closing or moving locations, hours changes, etc. Coordinates with advertising agency to ensure locations are then updated across the Yext network so accurate information is displayed when users search for Synovus locations online. Troubleshoots when complaints are made or inaccurate information is reported to be available online.
• Schedules meetings, takes comprehensive notes and publishes conference reports. Creates and maintains detailed project timelines for digital initiatives. Tracks progress of agency and Synovus milestones and deliverables against project timelines. Reviews emails and/or web content and coordinates feedback and approval processes. Gathers and refines project objectives and requirements; completes project initiation forms.
• Reviews all content and design for Synovus.com and email campaigns for errors. Participates in QA testing and user acceptance testing. Assists with troubleshooting errors. May be asked to proofread non-digital materials from time to time. Maintains final copies of creative and lists (where applicable) for audit purposes.
• Works with Digital Marketing Manager to document list requirements for email campaigns. Files "Service Now" requests for the business intelligence team. Transmits lists, as needed, to agency partner. Tracks campaign results and provides monthly reporting on email and website activity to marketing leadership.
• Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
• Performs other related duties as required.
