Job Description
The Wealth Management Digital Marketing team is looking for a data-driven inbound marketer who will drive lead generation initiatives through the development and coordination of campaigns and programs to support our growth strategy, utilizing best-in class lead generation and CRM systems.
You will be responsible for attracting site traffic to our Wealth Management page, converting that traffic into new leads, and nurturing those leads into customers for our direct-to-consumer solutions and Financial Advisor offering. You have experience designing a system of communications and touchpoints that is tailored to our target segments across all phases of the acquisition funnel – and aligning every step of their inbound journey from awareness, to consideration, through to conversion to their needs and interests. You will be partnering closely with our firm-wide creative and content teams to bring the programs to life, as well as our data and analytics team to measure performance and results. This position plays a management role and reports to the head of acquisition marketing on the Wealth Management Digital Marketing team.
Responsibilities
• Design effective lead generation programs and processes for our
Wealth Management site and Financial Advisor websites and locator tool – to
acquire customers in order to support our growth strategy and business target
objectives
• Partner with Product Marketers, UX/UI, Creative and Content teams to create
compelling and effective lead nurture campaigns including email, content and
social to attract prospects to our owned properties and drive them through the
acquisition funnel
• Optimize the Wealth management user search experience, collaborating with
content marketing to create high-quality content around important, relevant
terms
• Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic
through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
• Manage and refine audience segments based on behaviors such as website
interactions and past email engagement (site page visits, content downloads,
etc.) to optimize and personalize the end-to-end user journey
• Rigorously track and monitor past and current campaign performance and user
behavior to recommend strategies and continually refine our process to drive
conversion
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience with lead generation, lead nurture programs
• Highly data-driven, analytical and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to
inform all decisions
• Detail-oriented, superior organizational, and project management skills
• Team player that is reliable, flexible, and works well in a collaborative
environment
• Resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable with new technologies
• Proficiency in marketing automation to support attracting traffic, creating leads,
and then nurturing them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers
• Experience with SEO analysis and optimization
• Basic HTML/CSS and Adobe Experience Cloud experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field
