OVERVIEWThe A/R Specialist processes various types of account receivable transactions to ensure that receivables are applied appropriately. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSACCOUNTS RECEIVABLEProcess various types of accounts receivable transactionsProcess daily and weekly A/R for multiple sites and vendors insuring all deadlines are met in high volume environment.Assist site team, client and vendors with A/R issues or questions as they arise.Understand and comply with all JLL policies and proceduresGather group’s processing metrics on a daily basis.Special projects and other functions as required by manager or client.Ensure that each transaction processed has appropriate approval prior to processingCorrespond with suppliers and respond to inquiries EDUCATIONHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONSSedentary work, which involves sitting most of the time.Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
