We are currently seeking a Manager to join our Lease Administration Transition team.Our Transition Manager runs lease administration global transitions and complex financial management transitions. This role is open to all US locations.

What this job involves
• Preparation and management of the project timeline from start to completion
• Ensuring that transition tasks on the project a met and delivered with accuracy, escalating any issues as early as possible
• Proactively recommending solutions to project issues and obtain documented decisions
• Management of agreed to processes and process flows
• Managing requests for set-up of systems used during a transition and/or schedule access and training as needed
• Knowledge of how to abstract from the system
• Scheduling and leading regular project meetings
• Coordinating data uploads for submittal to IT
• Confirming standard reports meet the project needs and working with IT and our client to provide custom report solutions
• Running and reviewing standard reports to assure there is no missing or inconstant data
• Rent analysis and review comparison between systems or reports
• Entry of data or documents into database as needed
• Preparing and sending transition invoices for projects, and follow-up on aged receivables
• Oversight of subordinates and their functions including hiring, training, employee development and performance management
• Client/vendor/landlord/internal JLL relationship management
• Special projects as assigned by manager
Sound like you? To apply you will need:
• A Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of work experience in Lease Administration, Real Estate Accounting, Real Estate Law or Property Management (of which at least 2 years is in Lease Administration or closely related)
• Five years in a supervisory role
• Project Management Certificate or equivalent experience/training
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret complex commercial real estate lease language
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
• Ability to process work quickly, accurately and with changing priorities
• High proficiency in MS Office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
