Job Purpose:
As a regional Marketing Manager, you are responsible for managing the development, planning, management and delivery of our US outbound marketing activities in the region, working in collaboration with stakeholders across sales, services and management to generate demand for TMF Group Services. A member of Group Marketing, you will report directly the Americas Marketing Director based in Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns in line with business strategies and goals across multiple geographies and services lines.
• Coordinate with sales, service lines and local managing directors on events, webinars, content development and other marketing activities.
• Work closely with Group Marketing teams to drive digital initiatives, including but not limited to SEO marketing, display advertising and PPC.
• Build up and maintain good relationship with intermediaries, partners, trade publishers, chambers and associations for joint collaboration opportunities.
• Work closely with local finance and legal teams to ensure compliance in vendor relations, process payments usage and contracts for all marketing activities.
• Key Requirements:
◦ A university degree is preferred but not required. Preferably a degree in Marketing, Communications or English related field.
◦ Minimum 5+ years of in marketing, preferably in financial or professional services industry.
◦ Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
◦ A high self-motivated individual and be able to work under pressure.
◦ Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
◦ Ability to work independently, a self-starter and an effective team player.
◦ Able to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities.
◦ Confident with multi-tasking and working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
◦ Familiarity to B2B uses of social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
◦ Demonstrates a positive "can do" attitude.
◦ Ability to manage and handle events and projects with attention-to details.
