The Business Support Specialist position supports all management in the day to day departmental functions and ad hoc projects as directed. In addition, this position will assist management in the onboarding and off-boarding of employees to the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Technology and Telephony Requests/Projects
Business Supply Inventory and Ordering
Completion of required documentation specific to new employees
Workspace/Facilities Administration and Set Up
Learning Management System Administration
Training Administration/Communications
District Alignment Maintenance
Licensing Management/Reporting
Business Continuity Reporting
Meeting Room Coordination
The position requires a strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work in a team environment and adapt to the needs of the business. No experience required.
