We currently have an opening for a HR Manager, Field HR in our Bethesda, MD office.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Performance Management Program Delivery
• Career Development Program Delivery
• Mentoring Program Delivery
• Talent Management additional support - Summer Leadership Program Delivery; New Hire Orientation Delivery; Employee Welfare; Exit Interviews
• Employee relations counseling/case management
• Employee investigations and grievance management
• Workforce Management
• Employee disciplinary action, employee grievance management, termination administration
• Candidate Assessment support – interviewing of select senior or business leader requested candidates
• Compensation Consulting; Support facilitation of annual compensation process
• Assist with Local/Regional Office Management/Budgeting/Planning
• Coordinate with regional HR Leader and HR Operations/Support Teams
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in managing others in HR
• Strong knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local employment laws
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build, establish and maintain trust and credibility
• Ability to travel to multiple office locations
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems List
Preferred Skills:
• Master's degree
• HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP designation
• HR experience in professional services industry
• HR Technology Certification
• UltiPro, WCN, Cornerstone, and RedCarpet systems experience
• Experience in Adaptive budgeting software
