Job Purpose
To drive revenue growth through executing digital marketing strategies that generate leads and promote the HUB brand. Position executes the digital vision and strategy and manages projects and initiatives related to HUB web properties, SEO, paid advertising campaigns, implementing new martech, planning and executing personalization and collaborating with our analytics team to execute regular A/B testing across all of our sites.
This position reports to the Director, Digital Marketing and partners with other members of the marketing team to execute unique personalized customer experiences for our clients resulting in revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
• Prioritize, execute and manage steady state and new feature deployments with internal and agency development teams including sprint planning, establishing requirements and UAT testing.
• Manage regular website content updates utilizing agency and internal resources. Updates include blogs, press releases, bulletins, and product pages.
• Meet regularly with digital analytics team to identify opportunities for testing, personalization and optimization related to lead conversion on the website and work with the other teams necessary to implement tests.
• Collaborate to create and execute personalization and testing strategy
• Manage and/or implement third-party technology platforms as required. These may include live chat, call tracking, or other types of software required to support lead generation and analytics.
Basic requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or similar field
• 5+ years marketing experience
• 2+ years working with external agency partners on the client side
• Strong leadership skills, ability to perform under the pressure and optimize the team's resources to attain the business goals
• Strong strategic vision and ability to execute

• Strong teamwork and partnering skills for cross-group collaboration

• Experience working with CMS systems directly and managing someone working in a CMS; basic HTML knowledge a plus
• Proficiency with GoogleAnalytics
• Experience working with MicrosoftDynamics or Salesforce CRMs as a part of a suite of marketing/sales enablement tools
• Strong attention to detail and keen focus on quality
