JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Loan Operations/Loan Processing/Branch environment
• Document Preparation or Document Review experience required
• Experience performing quality assurance reviews of various loan operations functions
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Commercial/and or Retail loan documentation requirements, including collateral perfection, cross collateralization, legal verbiage requirements, and federal and state regulatory requirements
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal skills
• Exceptional organization and time management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Advanced analytical and administrative abilities, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
• Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for meeting personal production goals and assisting manager in coordinating day-to-day tasks/functions of a unit in Loan Operations. Performs complex and non-routine administrative tasks and acts as an experienced resource for team. Assist with managing day-to-day work load by prioritizing tasks/functions performed by unit, assist with resolution of procedural and technical issues. Demonstrate leadership abilities to manage small projects and potential for grooming into Management Role. May provide support to two or more teams performing two or more operations activities.

• Perform highly complex and non-routine administrative tasks and act as an experienced resource for team
• Assist Manager in the day-to-day guidance and coordination of an Exceptions team in Loan Fulfillment. Usually provides support to teammates in multiple Loan Operations sites.
• Provide oversight to ensure that own work, as well as work of any Employee aligned with team, is completed according to department procedures, which may include Quality Control review, and reporting of findings to Manager
• Ensures that incoming loan packages and trailing documents move through the exception review and clearing workflow pipelines per department procedures, and in accordance with Service Level Agreements
• Assist in creating new workflows or adjusting existing workflows to optimize efficiency and production quality
• Assist Manager in pulling production and quality metrics, as needed
• Assist Manager in assessing training needs and ensuring procedures manuals are kept up to date
• Provide new hire and ongoing training of teammates, as policies and procedures are updated
