The Wealth Management Digital Marketing team is seeking a talented product marketer to create effective marketing programs and drive engagement across a range of touchpoints.
You will work with our product development, UX, content, analytics and technology teams to enhance our direct-to-consumer offering, develop compelling experiences and elevate our prospect and client engagement to drive higher conversions. You will also provide input into our broader product launch and go-to-market strategies, define and maintain cross-channel campaigns that align with client journeys and life cycle stages, be a key contributor to our analytics and personalization strategies, and contribute to the evolution and execution of our digital vision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Bring new wealth management offerings to market by designing and executing
cross-channel campaigns, including web, email, and paid channels
• Own end-to-end management of campaign execution, including idea
generation and prioritization, content development, review processes, testing
plans, distribution, and ongoing measurement and optimization
• Design more personalized, targeted, and timely campaigns to help deepen
relationships and increase engagement with prospects and clients
• Identify and prioritize target client personas, then build user journeys and
create personalized experiences mapped against a conversion funnel
• Understand the competitive landscape and develop messaging frameworks
and marketing materials that drive awareness and consideration of digital
offers
• Actively monitor all campaign performance analytics and communicate results
effectively to the team with recommended actions for optimization
• Provide business support to technology and other stakeholders to support
campaign build, testing, and deployment
• Partner and coordinate as needed with legal, risk and compliance teams
QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, channel strategy, and/or creative
development roles
• Experience creating and measuring effective cross-channel campaigns,
including email, web, paid channels
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies and industry best practices
• Strong creative skills to guide the design and copywriting team in producing
marketing communications
• Results-oriented – ability to prioritize tasks, self-motivate, organize large-scale
programs with many details, self-motivate and focus on delivery
• Highly collaborative – ability to partner effectively with others, seek a wider
audience, build consensus, influence and act decisively
• Intellectual curiosity – ability and desire to learn quickly, be resourceful and get
creative in solving problems
• Grace under pressure – ability to adapt, “roll up sleeves” and get things done
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Experience in financial services (wealth management a plus)
