The Wealth Management Marketing Operations is looking for a talented marketer to lead one of our highest initiatives to grow our Wealth Management business called Client Engagement Model (CEM). The Marketing CEM leader will be responsible for the campaign development process and work collaboratively with partners to drive advisor communication strategies to help them grow their business.
You’re excited about creating end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for financial advisors that drive new business and deepen client relationships. You’re obsessed with partnering with Content, Marketing, Data & Analytics teams to develop compelling content to support various marketing campaigns and align with client journeys and life cycle stages. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and digging into the data and pushing buttons on our technology platforms but can also think strategically and manage senior level expectations.
Responsibilities
• Champion the voice of the Financial Advisor in designing personalized,
targeted, and timely communications to help them deepen relationships and
increase engagement with their clients at scale.
• Own end-to-end management of campaign execution, including prioritization,
content development, legal review processes, testing plans and distribution.
• Successfully build relationships with Marketing, Product, Content, Data &
Analytics, Platforms & Technology, Field Enablement, Legal and Compliance
to ensure all key deliverable dates are achieved.
• Build and execute campaigns in our marketing technology platforms. Design
workflow and QA processes to improve efficiencies and minimize risk.
• Rigorously track and monitor past and current campaign performance and user
behavior to recommend strategies and campaigns that will drive conversion
and engagement.
• Continuously stay on top of industry digital best practices and improve how our
platform technologies can automate personalized, relevant communications in
dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience with email campaign development for clients and
prospects, marketing programs – cross-channel marketing (e.g. texting, social)
• Deep understanding of the Financial Services products and industry and
specifically Wealth Management, including driving marketing efforts on behalf
of Financial Advisors / Wealth Management businesses
• Experience with ESP technology like SalesForce Marketing Cloud
(ExactTarget), Marketo, or similar enterprise-level ESP. Comfortable being
hands on and navigating new technologies to optimize capabilities
• Highly collaborative, self-motivated, results-oriented and a creative, strategic
thinker
• Strong communications skills both verbal and written --editing and creative
skills to guide the design and copywriting team in producing marketing
communications
• Superb organizational skills, attention to detail, process oriented and identify
ways to be better
• Knowledge of email best practices including subject lines, messaging,
segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam laws.
• Resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable with new technologies and
concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
