Job Summary:
This position will be based in Tempe, AZ and will report to the Director of Location Strategy. The candidate will work with multiple stakeholders across the firm, supporting service department functions, and business units. The purpose of this role is to enhance or establish data integrity, metrics, and systems that will ultimately lead to recommendations for operational efficiency and portfolio optimization in support of the workforce management strategy.
Major Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed analytics, which may include internal or external financial, operational and/or market data, and be able to summarize key insights for senior leadership.
• This role will require working with functional teams such as Occupancy Planning, Human Resources, Project Management, Transactions, and Strategy to achieve these objectives.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of best in class data architecture solutions and governance.
• Assist in the development of process documentation, metrics standardization, and dashboards used by Corporate Real Estate and Location Strategy leadership.
• Coordinate the implementation of projects by facilitating meetings, gaining consensus, documenting unresolved issues and current risks, and ensure agreed upon next steps take place.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization.
• 3+ years of experience in data management and reporting using Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work with data sets in multiple formats, identify and quantify process improvement measures and solution alternatives using MS Access or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills for written and oral presentations and report building.
• Excellent organizational, time management, attention to detail, and team oriented interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.
• Motivated with the ability to convey a sense of urgency and to work productively in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible to changing business needs.
• Corporate Real Estate / Financial Services experience.
• CAFM/IWMS systems experience using Manhattan, Tririga, Archibus, Serraview, FM Systems, or equivalent.
