Description
The Commercial Priority Services I ensures best in class customer service experience for designated Commercial Banking clients. He/she is responsible to ensure client satisfaction in order to solidify and deepen client relationship with the Bank.
• Working with operational partners in Treasury Solutions Sales, Product, Relationship Managers, Client Service, Implementation Management and several departments throughout the globe to deliver best in class service to high profile clients.
• Establishes, maintains and develop relationships with their assigned portfolio of highly valued clients. Includes meeting on a regular basis with the client and relationship Manager to review and identify ways to improve services levels necessary to ensure ongoing and consistent above par levels of service. These clients can be large and complex, with very high expectations for their service delivery. A negative occurrence / issue in the servicing of a client can have a substantial impact in the Treasury Solutions and Commercial Banking businesses if losing the client becomes a possibility.
• Ensures all identified client issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the client/Relationship Manager.
• Performs root cause analysis against identified recurring service issues. Relied on by Management for further escalation of issues and their advice for remediation.
• Collaborates with Relationship Manager/Team Lead to enhance the client experience through weekly, monthly and/or meetings.
Qualifications
• 2 years Domestic Cash Management with a deep understanding of Treasury Solutions product/service offerings or Commercial Loan.
• 2 years Customer Service experience with a strong background in high touch client service
• Empathy and commitment to handle complaints and to deal with service requests jointly with OperationsEmpathy and commitment to handle complaints and to deal with service requests jointly with Operations, Product Mgmt and Treasury Solutions/Commercial RM’s
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and customers
• Detail oriented, but maintains a big picture view at the same time
• Good decision making and judgment
• Numerical insight and strong analytical skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Quick learner
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: 8:30-5:00 EST
