We seek an Client Service Coordinator (Bookkeeper) for our Nashville, TN office. You will have lots of contact with outstanding clients in a variety of industries including medical, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, construction, technology, and life sciences.

What your day looks like:
• Responsible for multiple clients’ accounting and bookkeeping needs.
• Month-end/ Quarter-end/ Year-end closing
• Post and reconcile the General Ledger
• Prepare payroll and remit payroll taxes
• Bank reconciliations
• Record fixed assets and depreciation
• Personal property tax, sales tax and gross receipts tax filings
• Coordinates engagement letters for monthly non-disclosure compilations
What you need for this role:
• High School diploma is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in heavy general accounting and bookkeeping environment (understand debits and credits, bank reconciliations, etc.)
• Ability to work in QuickBooks and/or Peachtree software
• QuickBook Pro-Advisor or CPA is a plus
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lead, prioritize, thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Integrity, dependability and trustworthiness
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi-task)
• Superior client service focus
• Proficiency with personal computer including spreadsheet software programs
• Ten Key
• Able to work overtime throughout the year with heavier overtime required during certain business cycles.
