We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support managing projects and resources across the organization. This person will also serve as Projector PSA Administrator, managing the knowledge base for the time capture tool and providing company wide support to both internal and external users. In addition, the Projector Coordinator is responsible tracking project progress and changes, ensuring product development and project deadlines are met, managing the allocation of resources, and preparing management reports.
Responsibilities
• Liaise among Project Managers, Information Technology Development Teams, Business Stakeholders, Finance Managers, and Senior Management
• Oversee resource management using Projector PSA to ensure appropriate allocation of resources exists to deliver on key initiatives
• Research, collect and evaluate project data and metrics necessary to prepare project and portfolio status reports
• Provide insight on risks, options, and impact related to Projector PSA updates
• Demonstrate thought leadership, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Develop and administer project management templates for status reporting, budget analysis, and portfolio and project dashboards
• Document Projector PSA guidelines and processes
• Manage cross-dependencies of Projector PSA with other IT and Finance applications
• Provide first and second level support companywide for the Projector PSA system
Requirement Skills
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a mid to large scale business environment, Financial Services background a plus
• BS in information technology, computer science, engineering, or business management
• Thorough knowledge of project and productivity software: Microsoft Office, Project, Access, Excel.
• Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills in order to clearly and effectively
• Strong prioritization and planning skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to work with a team, with focus on attention to details
• Ability to remain creative and innovative in solving problems
• Working experience of Projector PSA a plus
• Knowledge of SAP and Finance tools helpful
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools , especially JIRA & Confluence
