•This position will be responsible for the mainframe vendor agreements as they relate to the MFaaS agreement and any mainframe ISV software vendor agreement AIG uses on the IBM mainframes.
•The position will monitor and verify the billing from the vendor to insure accuracy.
•The position will also verify charges are contractually justified and in line with the rates as documented within the contract.
•The position will monitor and insure charges are paid on time for all mainframe related services and software.
• Provides direction, advice and monitors compliance to contract obligations and deliverables
• Facilitates the contract amendment process with Service Provider.
• Assist in processes for any language changes and adjustments to the outsourcing contract.
• Advise and assist in creation of positions for issues and disputes based on contractual language and obligations.
• Ensures the currency of the official AIG copy of the contracts and associated exhibits and schedules (Conforming contracts).
• Oversees and ensures provider compliance with Agreement terms through calendarization and tracking (e.g. Obligations Register) of contract milestone dates including expiration dates, renewals, deliverable dates, etc.
• Clarifies contract questions as required. Determines impact to agreement as result of proposed service changes.
• Tracks proposed and/or pending changes to the contract. Escalates delays in finalizing contract changes.
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience with budget development and forecasting with expertise with IT specific projects.
• 2+ years of experience with the financial management of major outsourcing deals.
• Proficient in MS office, including Word, Powerpoint presentations and Excel.
• Must maintain a positive, collaborative approach with all stakeholders.
• Must have excellent oral communication and listening skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
