Lead a team of Customer Success Representatives across all segments, managing, servicing and growing accounts, by providing business solutions to prospective and existing customers; Coach and assist TMs in acquiring and servicing of new and existing customers. Planning and forecasting for the team, working with cross functional partners to drive campaigns, develop TMs and achieve or exceed sales results.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, present and implement a comprehensive, world-class strategy for Trade Credit Sales and/or Customer Support; Provide input and support to senior management on strategic, sales and operating issues.
• Lead, direct and manage trade credit sales teams. Motivate, assess and align the organization to meet the goals of the long-range plan; Ensure all marketing programs, campaigns and alliances are coordinated with Sales and executed effectively and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations
• Responsible for talent evaluation & selection, mentoring and development.
• Provide input and support to senior management on strategic, sales and operating issues. Create eff3ective partnerships with peers and key stakeholders. Ensure all trade credit communications are coordinated, support plan objectives and are an effective appropriation of resources.
Additional requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field strongly preferred; MBA or Masters in related field desired
• Five or more years of progressive sales leadership experience in a business-to-business environment, with annual revenue generation of more than $40M, with P&L responsibilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Applications required
• Excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with customers and peers
• Proven record of success in expanding revenue streams
• Proven record of strategic management and vision
