Works with active & retired employees of client to answer benefit questions and resolve claim issues. Help with new hire orientation, paperwork & enrollment in benefit plans. Sets up annual open enrollment meetings, prepares information booklets and online forms and sends data to vendors and payroll. Maintains retiree benefit information and handles monthly reporting to retirement system. Handles administration for 403b plan and FMLA. Responsible for reconciliation of monthly insurance invoices.
Experience:
HR Experience required
